Yesterday, the Lutheran church voted to allow non-celibate (and I assume celibate if they wish) gays and lesbians to serve as part of the clergy! While I'm not Christian or Lutheran, I'm happy to see them finally being a little more open minded and realizing that hey! Gay people aren't going to rape your children and sacrifice them to the devil! Seriously... it's nice to see a little progress. Now how about we get the first openly gay pope, eh? Eh? Let's paint the pope-mobile with a big ol' rainbow. Hrm. Wonder how ol' Luther would feel about this...
