I was trying to post a video from the Miami Herald wherein they discuss the terms of Weinman's bail, but it doesn't seem to be working. Either way.. I'm happy to see that they're holding him for a psych eval for 48 hours. There's no way this kid isn't disturbed in some way. Added to that is the house arrest for when he's out on bail (which is over $200,000.) Let's just hope justice is swift and fair once the trial and sentencing come around.
