Ancient Roman Shipwrecks Discovered By Archaeologists!
Very cool news on the archaeology front as several Roman sunken ships dating from about the 1st to 5th centuries BC have been discovered in the Mediterranean. Italian wine and metal ingots, as well as Spanish and North African fish sauces, are among the finds that have been made from the vessels. I'm more curious to know if they've found any human remains, but so far no word. An exciting time to be a part of the world of underwater archaeology!
